Salon Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or service(s) changes to your appointment.

 

Should you make changes to the originally scheduled services less than 72 hours prior, you will be charged for 100% the cost of the originally scheduled services.

 

Should you cancel on the same day as your appointment, you will be charged for 100% the cost of the originally scheduled services.

As a courtesy, we will send you a text message via Vagaro, confirming your appointment 3 days prior to your appointment. Please be sure to confirm by clicking the link in the message, or your appointment will be canceled, in which case a cancellation fee will apply.

- PLEASE NOTE: All appointments are on a first come, first served basis.

Should cancellations or changes to service(s) happen more than once, we regret that you will be prohibited from scheduling future appointments with us.

NO CHILDREN, ADDITIONAL GUESTS, OR ANIMALS

For the safety of your children, and the relaxation of our guests, no children, additional guests, or animals are
permitted in the salon.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE

We look forward to seeing you at your appointment, to secure your appointment date, we will need a credit card to keep on file. Please call us with the following information:
- Full Name

- Credit Card Number

- Expiration Date
- CVC ( three numbers on the back of the card)
- Billing Zip Code

NO CALL/NO SHOW

No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled.

LATENESS

House of Hair Westchester has a 15 minute late policy. If you are running late for your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely, in which case a cancellation fee will apply.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Here at House of Hair Westchester, we strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact us within five days of your original appointment.
